NEW Location for Self Defense Class!
I wanted to let everyone know that the new location for the Self Defense Club is going to be at Norma Champion Park at 2561 S. Grant Avenue in Springfield Missouri.

Class will be on Sunday evenings. Dress in clothes you don't mind working out in or getting dirty. We will be meeting at 6pm, and working out until 7:30. Park on Grant Avenue right next to the park.
